AMT offers an experienced and efficient team from your initial enquiry to the office where you can discuss your requirement with knowledgeable staff, to on site inspections with our engineers, right through to delivery of your chosen goods.

AMT Logistics Ltd can source and supply vehicles, equipment and spares throughout the UK and the world wide. Our customers include one man transport companies, distribution warehouses, national and international haulage firms, many ‘blue chip’ industrial companies, flying clubs, airfields and airports, major airlines and ground handling companies, major contractors, port operators, and corporations.

All equipment sold is second-hand /used. We do not offer new. Any equipment can be refurbished according to our customer’s budget or requirements. Finished equipment can then be repainted in customers own livery or finished in white or safety yellow.

AMT’s product lines include:
  1. Aviation Tractors and Tugmasters for use at airports and industrial sites. Many of the tugs have a flexible application and can be used in varied commercial operations. If you need something moving we could provide the Tug to do it!
  2. Baggage tow tractors can be used for towing small trailers, such as trailer mounted ground power units (GPU); air start units (ASU); baggage trollies; and cargo dollies. Mostly fitted with diesel engines, they can also be electric tractors with batteries for use in environmentally sensitive or explosive areas.
  3. The large range of push out/tow tractors can be used for anything from pulling light aircraft, helicopters, or equipment at smaller airfields and in confined spaces to the largest passenger jet. AMT’s preferred range of manufacturers include Douglas, Reliance Mercury, Penman, Schopf and many others. Also ex MoD and Nato.

  5. Passenger steps can be found in the ground support equipment section, both trailer mounted and self driven, and covered or uncovered stairs. Manufacturers include FMC; Edgehill;
  6. GPU (ground power units) by Houchin and ADE HML etc. with varying KVA capacity
  7. ASU (air start units) and Air Conditioning Units by ADE HML, Auto-Diesel, Atlas Copco etc trailer mounted and self driven. All sizes and capacities.
  8. Conveyor belts of varying lengths for baggage and cargo handling - Avialift
